Through daily  reflective journaling, cord-cutting practices, and guided affirmations, you'll gently release what’s toxic, reconnect with your intuition, and begin rebuilding your sense of self — stronger, wiser, and sovereign.

Spiritual Life Coaching encourages us to connect with our shadow self in all aspects of life. We meet once a week from one to two hours for a consecutive six months. This coaching is designed to truly enhance the health of your relationships, working environment, and surroundings as a whole.
